Mark Genery, lead engineer, founder and owner of MG Plumbing & Heating Norfolk Ltd Hello, my name is Mark Genery and I am the lead engineer, founder and owner of MG Plumbing & Heating Norfolk Ltd.

I started MG Plumbing & Heating Norfolk Ltd after having worked in all aspects of domestic plumbing and heating for over 30 years, my career as a plumbing and heating engineer started with me working along side my father Ray & brother Chris in the family plumbing business in Blofield Heath and has progressed steadily from there.

Due to an ever increasing workload I have expanded the team by employing an apprentice, Jack Cooley, who has recently gained his NVQ. Together we have the knowledge and skills to cover many aspects of plumbing and heating. Jack has been alongside me throughout his training & has become a valued member of the company and is now familiar to many of our customers.

Most of our present workload means we work in Acle, Brundall, Blofield and the surrounding villages. We also are happy to cover all local areas, and are presently working in North Norfolk and recently in North Suffolk.

During my career, I have also taught as a lecturer in plumbing and heating at Norwich City College, having trained & advised students in their new careers and still have contact with many of these engineers.
